This is a level 3 course for Children's Care, Learning and Development, it involves topics such as communication with children and adults, health and safety, child protection and safeguarding, managing child behaviour, child observations, assessments and planning linked to the EYFS curriculum, reflecting on your practice and equality and inclusive practice. there are optional units that cover a vast range of topics depending on your job and the role attached to it, the units cover childminding, literacy and numeracy with the children, caring for babies and children under 3, providing healthy life styles, promoting confidence and self esteem, curriculum requirements, supporting others in their job roles, ICT, safeguarding and protection amongst many others.

Observations take place from your assessor at your workplace when you are ready and you will be expected to navigate around this site to complete the knowledge requirements for each unit.
